| Description: | Staff development in ICT skills is a major headache for schools and governments. Plans come and go. Courses come and go. Teachers still feel frustrated. Even Government invested training courses prove unsuccessful. The problem is that courses and initiatives do not scratch teachers where they itch - or if they do, too much time-pressure is placed upon them. Teachers are busy people! This workshop will explore one attempt to meet teachers needs in a plan that differentiates for the ?beginner? to the ?advanced? and stimulates them all to develop their skills, to enhance their teaching and learning contexts. |
