HOW TO MAKE YOUR FEE PAYMENT
Fees
The conference fee is US $200 per participant*. This fee includes:
- Admission to the conference;
- Lunch and refreshments at the Conference on Friday and Saturday;
- Transportation between the Mirasol Hotel and the Conference venue;
- Cocktail/barbecue at the British school on the Thursday evening prior to the start of the conference;
- Brunch on the Sunday.
Other expenses are not-included, e.g. flights, transportation from airport-hotel, evening meals and optional extra trips,…
Payment deadline
As a registered participant, your place (and those of your registered school colleagues) has been reserved for you, even if all the available places become taken and we have to start a waiting list. Please make your payment by 17th October to guarantee your place(s).
From the 18th October, we will invite participants on the waiting list to make payments and the remaining places will be accepted on a first-paid-first served basis, until all places are filled, or 14th November, after which no more payments will be accepted.
* Workshop leaders are entitled to 50% discount
